About the tournament
What can I expect from the tournament?
The WTA Korea Open Tennis Championships will feature top-tier players from around the world competing for a total prize money of over $1M USD. Over World class players will face off in breathtaking rallies and intense matches at South Korea's only WTA tour tournament. Not only will you witness exhilarating matches, but you will also have the chance to get autographs from players and check out various entertaining booths provided by the tournament’s sponsors. Come experience world-class tennis right in the heart of Seoul.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The tournament will be held in an outdoor stadium. If due to the weather forecast, the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
- Preliminaries/Qualifying Rounds: Starts from 11:00 AM.
- Main Tournament: Starts from 2:00 PM.
- Semifinals/Finals: Starts from 2:30 PM.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at the on-site food court.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available, but it is highly recommended to use public transportation due to expected congestion during the tournament.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, you can purchase merchandise and souvenirs at the booths operated by tournament sponsors.
About Tickets
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
Yes, a ticket office will be operated on-site. The on-site price for all tickets will be 10% higher than the online price. On-site ticket office operating hours: Opens two hours before the first match of the day and closes after the first set of the last match is completed (for the finals, it opens three hours before the match). It is recommended to purchase your tickets in advance online on the Fever website, as they may sell out.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? (Korea Open Tennis Championships Organizing Committee Refund Policy)
- Same-Day Cancellation: A full refund is available for cancellations on the same day of booking. However, no refunds will be issued for tickets booked on the day of the event.
- Cancellations After the Booking Date:
30% cancellation fee for cancellations from the day after booking up to 7 days before the event date.
60% cancellation fee for cancellations from 6 to 3 days before the event date.
90% cancellation fee for cancellations from 2 to 1 days before the event date.
No refund issued on the day of the event.
Note that all tickets purchased on-site can only be cancelled at the on-site ticket office.

Rain Policy
- If all matches on a given day are canceled due to rain, as determined by the Korea Open organizing committee:
All tickets are eligible for a refund.
Tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded.
Tickets purchased on-site can only be refunded at the on-site ticket booth. You must have your physical ticket and the payment card used for the purchase.
- The start of all matches will be delayed until the Korea Open organizing committee officially announces a full cancellation due to rain.
- No refunds will be issued if a match is delayed and its scheduled time is changed or postponed to the next day.
- If it starts raining after a match has already begun:
Preliminary/Qualifying Rounds: A refund is possible only if the Korea Open organizing committee cancels all matches on that day due to rain before the end of the first set of the first match. If the cancellation occurs after the first set has ended, no refund will be issued. (All refunds, regardless of whether the ticket was purchased online or on-site, must be processed at the venue.)
Semifinals/Finals: No refunds will be issued once a match has started.
*All cancellation fees will be donated by the WTA Korea Open Tennis Championships Organizing Committee.
Are there discounts available?
Discounts for seniors (Ages 70 and up), people with disabilities, and veterans are not available for online purchases. A 20% discount on unassigned seating tickets is available for on-site purchases only (identification required).
Can I make a group booking?
You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (4 tickets max). No special group bookings will be made for this event.
About Access to the Tournament
When can I enter the tournament venue?
You can enter the venue one hour before the first match of the day (two hours before the finals).
Is there re-entry?
Yes, re-entry is permitted through the following entrances.
Can I enter while a game is being played?
Yes, all second-floor ticket holders can enter during play. All first-floor ticket holders can only enter during end changes and set breaks. Moving from the second floor to the first floor is not allowed while a match is in progress.
Are the seats assigned or unassigned?
All seats are assigned, except for B-level tickets.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed inside the stadium, though they are permitted in the rest of the park.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Plastic cans, glass bottles, weapons, excessive amounts of food, and any other items that may disrupt the match are prohibited.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, ask on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos/videos of the tournament?
You can take photos and videos, but do not use flash while the match is being played. Additionally, unauthorized distribution of videos and photos is prohibited by WTA regulations.
Is there a Lost & Found?
No, there is no dedicated Lost & Found.
Is there a first-aid area?
There is no dedicated first-aid area, but an ambulance is on standby for emergencies.
Is coat check available?
There is no coat check. You can use the lockers at the Olympic Park subway station if needed.
Is there an age requirement?
Children under the age of three are not permitted to ensure a smooth event. Preschool children must have a regular-priced ticket to enter.
